piersonry Woke up this morning exhausted, feeling a little sick and just not in a great mood which could have been partly because of the 4" of snow i knew was outside. Couldn't even get up at my usual 5:15am, hit snooze twice and finally got up at 5:45am. I didn't really feel like working out but I did anyway, first 1/4 of the workout i still felt tired, just about called it and quit early but decided to keep going and power through. I ended up having probably a top 10 (ever!) leg workout, even burned 1000cal with a med rep scheme. Moral of the story, this is probably the 20th time I've had a really really great workout when i've felt crappy enough i just about skipped it altogether, (go figure!) So don't skip a workout because it could be one of your best ever!!! Anyway I thought i'd post the workout in case anyone else wants to tear their leg muscles to shreds, drop a lung and possibly throw up on the floor... But i'm not complaining its truly actually awesome and waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more fun than it sounds!!! So here it is, adjust the weight as necessary for you... 4w
