easyplantbaseddiet Today's breakfast so far! I've mastered raw till noon! Working on raw till 4! It will take some time. Right now I require a small amount of cooked starch in the afternoon. At first raw till noon was hard for me, but now it's a breeze! I know the same thing will happen with #rawtill4 ! I've made big changes switching to a vegan diet this summer, so I must be patient with myself! 4h

easyplantbaseddiet I'm enjoying a simple stir fry tonight. I sautéed baby kale, spinach and chard in a mixture of water, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and Simply Asia brand sweet ginger garlic seasoning. I added some carrots and broccoli too. I served it over gluten free pasta. Easy, vegan, low fat, high carb 18h

whyoweyou Living off of frozen mango until summer returns. Frozen fruit is a great backup, especially in winter when getting good quality or ripe fruit can be difficult, just make sure you rug up to eat it! 1d

whyoweyou Your teen years are incredibly significant in how you live the rest of your life, it is where you are slowly given the freedom to make your own decisions and be responsible for your own actions, it is where you choose what you put into your body and the lifestyle you live, it is where you are truly beginning to develop into and build the foundations and habits of your adult life. The beginning of my teen years may have not started on the right track, but my later teens years have also been the years where I have completely turned my life around and gotten myself on a path of health and happiness and I have a feeling it'll never shift from that, I have found good habits that I believe will stick with me for the rest of my life, even if your teen years are long past you, you can still turn your life around and make a change if that's where your heart and mind is at and make the effort to set a good example for younger generations around you to realise the true importance of healthy habits at a young age to prevent getting to a point where they wish to/have to change a lifetime of bad habits! It may not be as easy as an adult to change habits as would be as a child/teen but it can still happen, put your mind and heart into it and be the change you wish to see @mommytang 1d

  •   whyoweyou It is not the carbs that are making me gain weight, it is not how much I am eating that is making me gain weight and it is not the fruit that is making me gain weight it is my past. .. Your body needs to train it's metabolism again, you need to be consistent in this lifestyle and trust your body, it was adjust to the quantity of food and start digesting it how it should as long as you are consistent, if you are in consistent with your diet you are confusing your metabolism so it starts to store your food rather than burning it off as energy because it doesn't know when it's going to get fed again and go into starvation mode again. Just be patient and give it time, I've gained 7kg so far but the weight doesn't even matter, I feel amazing and that's all that should matter @zireena stop worrying about what's on the outside and care more about what's on the inside, your looks can only get you so far.. It's who you are and the type of person you are that people care about 2d
