_no_mundo Essa semana completei 1 ano de Crossfit com uma personal. Queria fazer treinamento de força regular e sem paradas como nunca fiz. Só correr tava secando demais. Sabia que ia gostar, mas nunca imaginei o quanto. Hoje acho que gosto tanto quanto correr. Alguns dias talvez mais! Nesse ano descobri muitas coisas que sou bonzinho, outras que sou péssimo, e outras que são difíceis prá caralho!! Deu prá notar 2 coisas, prá eu ficar razoável tenho que melhorar muito! Por outro lado é muito fácil ver o progresso. Aqui vão 2 vídeos do que acho mais difícil, e no caso do hand-walk o mais bacana. Os dois dessa semana. Os dois o melhor que já fiz. Tá fraco, mas vou melhorar. Talvez eu demore. Mas eu vou. Não tenho pressa.
