ice1cube don't give up.

I like to do triple unders sometimes at the end of my workout or between sets to keep my heart rate up.. I remember when I first got my jump rope I couldn't even do five double unders in a row and then later I thought triples were impossible but now here I am working on quadruple unders now

don't give up. if you have a goal, stick to it and practice it every day. hard work and persistence can overcome anything

pvjukebox So I am very strong right now, but need to shed about 10-15lbs of winter fat! Here is a before look! 12 consecutive double unders! Yesterday Is my first day trying them! Give me 3 weeks and I will be far leaner and jumping even higher!!! Current top out full approach jump is around 46".   •   pvjukebox @drewsdunkquest for me the absolute biggest determining factor is just consistently cleaning up my food intake. I have a big appetite and often times let it get the best of me. However I do have a big strength and stability base, so I'm able to maintain my hops pretty well even 15-20lbs over my ideal weight. Workout wise I incorporate 2 metabolic conditioning workouts per week and I like to jog 5km, 1 x per week (on an off day with some mobility drills). Other than that, nothing changes for me! 13min
