Black pepper 1 tbsp. flaxseed or chai see preparation 1 egg white make filling/ place skillet over moderate heat spray with Pam olive oil and 2 teaspoon of olive oil. Add onion stirring occasionally until lightly golden 6 to 8 minutes. Add ground turkey allspice cinnamon and black pepper.stir and break up Bluhms until turkey is no longer pink about five minutes.remove from heat. Bring quinoa spices and water to boil with the lid on.turn heat to simmer.Cook quinoa 8 to 10 minutes and remove from heat. Allowed to sit with lid on. This can be prepared ahead of time. Preheat oven to 450 Fahrenheit. Please cook ingredients in food processor. To hold ingredients add 1 egg whites. Use quarter cup to measure and make into get kebah balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes. This will make approximately 20 quinoa #kebbah. Freeze leftover

Flax milk, chia seeds, goji berries, mulberries, raisins and a smidge of blackstrap molasses bc I am obsessed with it. (Iron deficient perhaps??)
