Hey guys! Sorry for not posting yesterday! I wasn't able to log in into instagram :( but today I will try to post more! So sorry! H e a l t h y E a t i n g
IMPORTANT! : These aren't tips to loose weight. These are just ideas to stay healthy! -First, drink a lot of water! Try to drink 8 to 10 cups minimum a day! -Next, try to eat at least one fruit a day! So for example, eat an apple, strawberries or just fruit you like instead of eating sweets. -Eat slowly! You will notice that you are filled up way more faster because it takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to tell you that it's full. -Go to Youtube and search for healthy breakfast/snack/lunch/dinner ideas! They are very delicious and still healthy! -Limit the amount of sweets that you are eating. For example, you will eat one sweet every other day in the first week, in the second week you will eat one sweet every third day and so on. -Search google for unhealthy food facts. For example: 1 large frie takes over 1000 burpes to be burned off completely. Think about it. Do you really want to eat this or do you prefer to eat something healthy. -Try to eat as less sweets as you can. It takes a lot of discipline when everyone else is eating sweets and you also want to eat. -But don't completely stop eating sweets! -Stop drinking soda because it has sooo many calories. Instead, put lemons, strawberries or whatever you like into normal water, this tastes good as well! (And is way more healthier obviously)
