If a situation is not adding value to your life or increasing you in any way then it may be time to walk away. pazercise Did your lunch make you drool today️ I can't get enough of this and it was crazy simple to make and can feed you all week long! ️ cook pork or chicken on low in crockpot with water, onions, garlic, and your favorite seasoning until it easily shreds. ️ cabbage slaw - cucumbers, cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, oil, red pepper flakes, & garlic powder. ️ serve in bowl, on a bun or in a tortilla!! 2d

janetouchterlony Back in March I made a goal of walking 100 consecutive days to a lake and jumping in. I narrowly missed my goal as I chose to visit a close friend in NYC for two days, and deemed swimming in the Hudson River not worth it (and technically not even a lake.) I carried on with my walks/jumps after I reached my goal and yesterday marked #141. I decided today that I would stop jumping in as randomly as I had started. Given the temperature of the air and water, one might think that was an easy task. Funny thing is, It would have been easier to just go in, than it actually was for me to stop myself from going in....The fascinating power of habits.
