Normal Committing to a Healthy Me
committing2myself I log my workouts not only for #accountability but also as a visual log for myself. I plan on being able to run a #10k someday and I am SLOWLY working my way towards that. Every time I have trained for a #5k in the past, I'm burnt out as soon as I cross that finish line and then it takes me months to get back into running again. This time, I'm just having fun and allowing myself to enjoy running. I will get there eventually. 2h
