believe_in_sleeve This lovely lady @sleeved_girl14 right here has inspired me and doesnt even realize it. I had been off of here for a few days and decided to sign on when I woke up in the middle of the night. I read her post about running and decided to download the couchto5k app. I have been skimping on my workouts lately. Let me tell you, at 4:30 I got my ass out of bed and started working out using the app. The work out was great. I feel energized. We never know who we are motivating through our journey.   •   stefaniedoessw I was the same @sophs_sw it does get easier and then sort of harder at week 4 lol. Your get there, I could barely walk let alone jog. The thing that keeps me going is because I'm so competitive and I'm determined to jog 5k :) good luck xxx 5min

babytobikini Today has been a CRAZY long day! Sulley and I have been on the move all day! The only way he's been napping or sleeping is if I take him on a walk lol so they end up being longer walks which is good, otherwise today was a rest day. kat21long Today was a great day :-) I graduated from the fit for life programme with the East Galway Athletics Club with Dad. The Couch to 5k was an unbelievable experience and I would encourage anyone who is thinking about doing 1 to do it. fabnfitnique I hate being sick. Bad cough, headache, throat itching, body aches... These past few days sucked big time. And the entire time all I can think about is running/exercising. healthytiffstime Just finished Week 2 of #couchto5K ! Tonight was the HARDEST so far. It was sooooo cold and the wind was like a knife, but once I started, I was determined to get it in tonight!
