meowmeg.tiu #PMWO: ~45 mins of #cardio which began with a 5 min warm up walk, {1 min running, 2 min walking & repeat}, and a 3 min or so cool down walk. Doing kind of a modified version of the #couchto5k program since I can already run a mi without stopping (mind you, my time is ~10 mins!). I wanna make sure I can run for a workout when I go live in France. Then I drank a coconut water and had a #PowerIce (so dehydrated) and did #bikiniarms with Karena!!   •   taraagiles I know the feeling!!! Truly, I do. I've lost 80lbs since having Matthew- it's possible! I bought a pair of high waisted compression capris that for super snug (otherwise they come down while I'm working out) and took one of my hubby's XXL tee shirts and made it into a workout shirt so it was baggy and I didn't feel chubby and nasty. I also found that mental strength is profoundly more difficult to strengthen than your body. Your body is able. Your mind however will tell you, "why even bother? Your husband loves you as you are. You're not going to succeed anyway so why even try?" Ect. The absolute biggest MOST important thing I tell new runners is to download podcasts. I am currently listening to a series on the influence of women by Bethel Church in Cali. It refreshes your mind. It refreshes your soul. Your body just keeps moving - (go super slow and steady- no need to go fast!) and let The Lord meet you. Meet him. Your body will keep moving. you can do it! The Lord is your strength- even in this. 14h

jbm0124 I did this run around the front pasture of the farm I'm watching (which made for great pasture clean up time), making this my first run outdoors and my first run with any kind of hill involved. onederland_bound Day 206! Re-did Week 5, Day 1. It had been over a week since I had done the C25k soo I thought I would redo my last day, but I survived...so! on to day 2 on Sunday!
