fitk882 2.5 month changes...
It's crazy to look back and see how I let myself go for awhile even when I felt "conditioned"
I feel so much stronger, motivated, and driven now that I have pushed myself harder than when I competed before. I eat A LOT more now, do not slave away on the cardio machines and really focus on consistency and HEAVY HEAVY lifting. I felt strong prior but am now lifting almost twice the weight now than I was previously. Haha I hate my before pic, but it helps drive my motivation for competition.
If these changes happened in 2.5 months, I can't wait to see how the next two months bring my physique together for competition day!

Zucchini Waffle, low cal tomato relish, sautéed mushrooms, mesculin, Angus Beef Patty and LOADS of salad!
Zucchini Waffle:
️1/8 cup unflavoured protein powder
️1/8 cup oats
️2 egg whites
️1tsp lite garlic & herb cottage cheese
️1/2 zucchini (grated and squeezed of excess liquid)
️Seasoning
I put all ingredients into the bullet, blitzed and then into the waffle maker. Easy as that! Makes 1.
Don't worry if there's still liquid from your zucchini, it will absorb into the oats
