inspirationalislamquotes (Continued from last post) In the second statement, we learn the Prophet's (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) servant (Anas ibn Maalik) mentions that in all his years of service, the Prophet (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) had never insulted him, nor did he beat him, nor did he make a facial expression of disgust (for failing to do any task properly) and neither did he (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) tell him off for not completing a house task. This is almost unimaginable. How many times do we see the look of annoyance on people's faces when something is not done to their liking? How many times do we speak out and complain when a house task is not done?
It is only because of the Prophet's (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) tolerance, humility and sincere nature, that his home life was exactly like his public life. Just as he lead by example and helped the people in public, the same way he also lead by example and helped his household. He was not like the modern day man who lives a certain life outside and a completely opposite life at home.
Try to do your own work yourself as much as possible and inshaallah you will see much blessing in it!

inspirationalislamquotes *Home life*
At home, he cleaned and mended his clothing repaired his shoes, milked his sheep and saddled his camel and horse.
His servant reported that the Prophet never insulted, beat, frowned to, or reprimanded him even when he didn't complete an assignment.
Although the Prophet (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) had a special status in the eyes of the people and was respected by all, he still remained humble and fulfilled his household tasks himself. He did not want to take advantage of his position and did not want to be treated like a king. He (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) preferred to do his work himself and not place the burden on someone else. Nowadays, it seems people do not wish to pull their own weight and are always looking for shortcuts. People are always looking to brush their work onto someone else; not wishing to take responsibility. Whereas there is much blessing in the work done with your own hands.
If we look at the home-life of the Prophet (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) in the first statement, we see how he (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) would help clean at home, which just goes to show that cleaning is not just a woman's job. Can you imagine the amount of humility and humbleness of the greatest man ever to grace the earth. He (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) did not feel ashamed of doing the house tasks nor was he too proud to do it.
Similarly, the Prophet (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) would also sew his clothes when they got torn and would mend his shoes if they ripped. Likewise, he (Sallal laahu alayhi wasallam) would also milk his sheep and fix the saddle to his horse. (Continued on next post)

wandering_star I don't think that kindness is a weakness,
I don't have a problem with compassion,
Tell me what you're thinking?
Would you like to be so high?
Could you give consideration to something that you did not realize?
Would you close your ears to the things you did not believe?
Tell me would you be strong? Would you be the one to carry on?
Half don't come here, half don't come here,
Half don't come here, so I do.
It's gonna be alright.

perfectstroke #Pike got us #FuckedUp. They held their annual "Fraternities R' Us" fundraiser which of course lined up across 3 #BasketballCourts to ride some #StationaryBikes...😑 they simply don't care to display any #Consideration for my dawgs who are tryna #Hoop because apparently they are "too loud" and will make it hard to hear their EDM music. I mean #GodDamn look at all the space they're not using. I don't think Pikes are THAT important, but shit, I guess they ran out of room at their house to play bags and frisbee. And NO, I don't have a dollar for your ugly blue and red bracelets. -50 points from #Pike 8h

andreamindbodysoul I am pleasantly reminded of this beautiful quote today as I take some time to reconnect after a week of shuttering surprises and hard to swallow truths. All our existence is a string experiences. We must remember not to cling to tightly to these things bc it will ultimately all be left behind. #increaseyourfrequency #lovethelifeyoulive #peace #inspiration #awake #love #sacrifice #courage #consideration #truth #freedom #beauty #mindbodysoul 14h

Normal Islamic quotes to inspire
inspirationalislamquotes (Continued from last post) In the second statement, there are several more aspects of the Prophet (s.a.w) which portrayed his natural kindness and compassion. Firstly, he would not turn down an offer if anyone invited him to a meal etc. This was due to the fact that people genuinely wished for his presence and his absence and refusal would hurt their feelings. Thus, he always happily accepted.
Next, we learn that he would always accept the apologies of anyone who mistreated him or behaved in an unsuitable manner towards him. Such was his compassion for people, that he could not possibly hold anything against anyone in his heart.
Likewise, he would also not refuse gifts that he was offered. Once again, out of compassion and also to avoid upsetting the giver. If he did receive gifts, he would not just happily accept, but would also give something equal or better back out of appreciation and to show compassion back to the one who showed compassion to him. How often do we take and not give back?
When anyone was sick, he would always visit them. Such a simple act but so neglected. How nice is it for a sick person when someone visits him when he thinks everyone has forgotten about him? Will he not feel remembered and feel compassion towards him? It's always nice to feel remembered, cared for and shown compassion towards. Therefore we must show compassion to others.
The Prophet (s.a.w) also showed great but simple acts of kindness and compassion such as always being the first to greet people. When he shook hands with people or embraced them (hug), he only pulled back his hand once the other person did. This was to avoid making them feel he wished to go and also to show them he cared for them and that he would happily make time them and was not in a rush to go. Likewise, he would listen to what others had to say and only talk once they had finished, once again for the same reasons as above.

This was his level of compassion, kindness and courtesy.
