My macros are slightly off but I'm not worried since it's not terrible and my protein is good. Plus I'm on vacation so the fact that I'm even still counting macros/cals and staying pretty discipline is will power and amazing- but it hasn't been super difficult because I've been hanging with my cousin @btefit and he's a great influence in this regard since he's 3 weeks out from NPC competition.
Killer workout today- I'm dead haha, thanks Brad! I loved it though! Also thanks for the goodies I got- super stoked. (Is stoked still a word or did I just go back in time?? lol) okay. Must. Sleep. Now. 2+ hour triceps, calves, abs, prowler and 25 mins treadmill plus walking 11,000 steps has me beat! Good night!

Last year I went on A LOT vacations within 6 months and I didn't go crazy but I really there everything off track and sustained a gain 15-20 lbs- thankfully didn't go up a size but learned a huge lesson that I have to have more control while still enjoying cautiously. 55s

Besides the added tattoos, back rolls are gone and hourglass shape is back. Just choosing to skip dessert every night or doing that extra mile at the gym, pushing through that last rep that you didn't think you could do... The little things add up to RESULTS.
