staying.forever.young I finally got to use my double oven and tons of counter space for my meal prep for the week! I am so glad I was able to get that in... No unnecessary spending this week! WE ARE COVERED! The video doesn't show everything else that was prepped... Feeling accomplished!

robinmarie8 One of my favorite things to eat is plain yogurt and I usually get a lot of bad looks. It does taste different and takes some getting used to. Let me tell you SO much protein, good ingredients and no bad sugars. I mixed my plain yogurt this morning with honey & cocco powder. Adds a little sweet without a lot of sugar.

Added ingredients:
Almonds
Raisins
Banana
Chai seeds
Raw oatmeal So tasty!! My hubby came over and stole some.

  •   jaimecfair Have you ever made chia jam? I love it in my plain yogurt and it seems right up your alley! Just smash some fruits (juicy ones like berries or peaches) and mix in chia seeds and give it a few refrigerated minutes to congeal. It goes bad quickly so just make enough for one or two days. And keep it up girl! Your attitude it so inspiring and your food always looks delicious! 19h
