DB side raises 12-15 reps
Close grip push ups of db's 15 reps
Rear delt DB bent over flies 10 reps
BB up right rows 8 reps
BB curls 21's

Performed in circuit fashion
4 rounds 1 mins rest
Single arm cable lateral raises 10 reps each arm
Reverse cable rear delts 10 reps
Standing cable curls 15 reps
Tricep push downs 12 reps

Same as above
BB roll outs 15 reps
Decline sit ups with plate 15 reps
Decline twists with plate 50 reps
Reverse crunches 15 reps

Performed same as above

causeimjocey Had a bit of fun in the gym today. This was my first workout. 10 rounds with a couple minutes of rest between each round. Then I did a bit of cardio and 100kg farmer's walks while I was waiting for the boys to finish.
