ryoeechi Part 3 of the circuit: Jumping squats

10 reps, low squat, one complete press from the bottom on the positive, remember to land healthily on the toes, feet should find a natural strong width apart just outside of the hips.

The three parts of this circuit have worked very well for me in terms of fitness, strength and muscle mass. Feel free to add any other exercises to it for that extra burn. Remember to increase reps every set.

20 reps, keep the movements tight, don't over set, push through the thighs with strong powerful jumps so you can swap legs in the air while the legs stay straight, keep you posture strong, try not to lean forward too much.
