itsmissbliss23 Heres everything that goes into my usual breakfast green smoothie ! 2cups spinach, 1.5cups parsley, 1 banana, 1/2cup frozen mango, 1/2cup frozen pineapple, 1tbsp organic chia seeds, and green tea ! YUM seeing it all laid put on a plate really makes you realize how much nutrition your getting in a green smoothie! It may look scary, most people wouldn't just wake up and eat that many greens but i swear to god its so easy and tasty to drink. The sour pineapple and super sweet banana really hides all the other flavors. And the parsley leaves my mouth tasting fresh for hours! Smoothies make me feel full longer and actually help me eat healthier throughout the day. Its crazy how one small change can make you feel so happy and energized. wellrebel Mid Morning Snack. Greek Yoghurt with chia seeds, dried mulberries, goji berries & mango.
After my breakfast of 3 egg whites and 1 whole eggs with half cucumber and 1 tomato and a killer workout this morning, it's time to fuel up. Plan ahead and make these snacks the night before. Try to keep it a small portion and combine fruit or veggies with some source of protein such as greek yoghurt, almonds, almond butter, seeds or turkey breast slice.

mommyhealthiest ️Morning! Sooo much for #blizzardof2015 ?! ... Just made a fresh batch of Luna's Oatmeal:
️1 1/2 cups rolled oats
️1/2 cup oat bran
️4-5 cups water
️3 tablespoons chia seeds (soak on the side in 12 tablespoons of water)
️1 tablespoon cinnamon
️6 grated Brazil nuts
️Directions;
️In a pot, add water, oats, oat bran
️Bring to a boil and then lower heat to let simmer for 20 - 30 minutes
️Pour into glass container
️Let cool and mix in cinnamon, chia seeds and grated Brazil nuts
️Store in fridge To save time during the week; I'll scoop out a cup or so at a time, add almond milk and then heat it up. Easy!
