zacky_z My days consist of a strict schedule. Here's the start of it. I wake up at 530AM. I stumble around in my house still half asleep to slip my sneakers on and execute my workout program to wake me up a bit. After I catch my breath and cool down from my physical activities I read 10 pages of any book. Just 10 pages! No more and no less. My personal preference are books geared towards self development. Today I just finished one in particular, it's called "The Compound Effect." NOW make sure you read this next sentence carefully. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THIS BOOK YOU ARE CHEATING YOURSELF. I feel as if my eyes were only half open before reading this book. I can see so much more now. Set aside a handful of minutes out of your day and read 10 pages of a book. It doesn't have to be this book in particular. Any book! I strongly recommend "The Compound Effect." If not though that's perfectly fine. It can be any book, maybe something related to your job or working out. Anything! This is just another step, push and leap to get you rolling in the direction of success! Even small goals pay off in the end. Everything adds up. 10 pages! Too easy.

  •   fountainoffitness August 3rd 2014 – September 14th 2014 1. JAC's Biggest Loser Contest will last a total of 6 weeks
    2. Each Participant will weigh in a total of 6 times. 3. All Weigh-ins are mandatory and on Saturdays. (Photo taken and emailed)
    4. There will be 6 group exercise challenges these will be due on Saturdays by 10am. (Video recording 5 minutes in length)
    5. The competition requires teams of 4.
    6. Each participant will be coached by Jac.
    7. There will be 6 individual challenges (1 every week) to help with your weight loss.
    8. You will be provided 2 different types of workouts (strength, cardio) to perform weekly.
    9. Jac will issue additional challenges throughout. If not completed .. Your loss. (Not mandatory)
    10. Water Consumption- Participants must drink plenty of water/fluids throughout the competition.
    11.Food Consumption- Not eating WILL NOT be allowed! The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy! General nutrition advice will be provided.
    12. Using the sauna for weight loss purposes is not effective. You will only lose water weight. Use of the sauna more than 2 hours before a weigh in will NOT be allowed!
    13. Excessive Exercise- Exercise is important; however excessive exercise will not be permitted. If Jac feels you are over exerting yourself to the point of physical or mental harm, you may be removed from the competition.
    14. The final results of the competition are based on the percentage of body weight lost. In the event of a tie the following will be considered: Pounds and inches lost, and number of challenges and weigh-ins completed.
    15. Fountain of Fitness will have the right to disqualify any participant for not following the rules of JAC's Biggest Loser 4 Competition. 16. No Refunds will be given for any reason!!!! I have read and will abide by the rules of JAC's Biggest Loser Competition. 1h
