LEFT - I'm not going to tell you how to think about these. Just look at the position being patterned. As a coach I spend most of my time trying to reverse this posture with foam, que's, subtle exercises etc...
This posture does not go well with kipping pull ups and olympic lifting. For competition? Do whatever helps you go faster to win. For health & longevity? Prioritize good positioning across the board. Train smart. Get better.
RIGHT - Sit tall as you get the top. think about maintaining good posture. Thumbs up. You should feel your back working and a nice stretch in your hamstrings. These are not easy. If you have a hard time maintaining posture, don't worry about leaning forward to touch - just sit up as far as you can with good position. If you have trouble with that top position you can work on it by sitting on the ground (sitting tall) with feet in front. This can also be practiced when you're, umm... just sitting down.
