Do you have a goal?
Some kind of goal that you are working towards on the daily and weekly basis. If you don't have a goal it's easy to fall off the wagon in many different areas in your life.
Set a goal, keep it at the top of your awareness. Put a motivating picture on your mirror in your bathroom or as your screensaver on your phone. As soon as those excuses and obstacles pop up in your life, remember that goal, what does the end product look like? Think about why you got started, then push it through. YOU DON'T STOP until you reach it! That's it!

allie.braithwaite Currently doing shock therapy treatment for my back. About a month ago I was in a lot of pain that I fell to the floor every time I were to sneeze. I thought yoga and stretching would make the pain go away till about 2 weeks about I couldn't even get out of bed.
Don't ever try and work though the pain hoping it would go away, I tried that and now I can't do shit all. I was told while doing my ab workouts I wasn't engaging all of my core muscles which put stress on my lower back and it just kept getting worse. When doing abs, it's very important to engage all the muscles even the very tiny ones like the abdominal floor. It's tough to figure out how to get them working but once you do, it's amazing how you'll notice how weak they are! #100daysoffitness #day97
