jncfitness My back training from yesterday. Prone supported rows are done by laying on stomach on a high bench with bar underneath. I use a special bar that has a "U" shaped bend in bar so I can get full range of motion without hitting the bench. Facing away pulldowns ...sit with back against machine(opposite of normal position) cheat your butt out so you are now leaning back and perform pulldowns. The 1st sets of seated rows I used multiple grips with different reps in same set using a multi handled attachment. Get up and get it done!!
