idoapologies_xo Breakfast is egg whites!! 46 calories. The smoothie is 98 BUT it makes you need the loo so it's kind of a negative calorie thing .. My scales are so weird; yesterday I weighed 102 and ate max of 600 (but really like 400) calories and today I weighed 109.. I was so shocked I stepped on it again, 107, and again, 104 after that I just gave up because it obviously wasn't accurate. Does anyone know how to get rid of bloating? 9min
