  •   tvingad Har du någon uppfattning om hur lång tid det tar att öva upp flåset så att man orkar springa? Själv orkar jag nästan inte ens tänka tanken. 42min
  •   smurfhaxan Det har tagit mig fem veckor @tvingad att klara detta å jag trodde att jag skulle DÖ första veckan å då sprang jag bara en minut åt gången och så är det bara träning tre dagar per vecka med mest intervaller detta var första långa löpningen! 38min
