brymacdonald17 So I had a thought.... Why would I keep my winter break workouts a secret. So heres a #workout for today, get off your ass and work off those Christmas cookies ;) Start with cardio! Whatever you want whatever you like! #Running, #biking, #walking the dog whatever! 5 min warm up, 20 mins of intensity, and 5 min cool down to get your heart rate back to normal!

Then #squats. With or without #weights! Listen to this song, and every time it says sally up, stand up, and when it says sally down, squat down and hold it until it says up again! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6A2V9Bu80J4

Then #biceptcurls and #triceptdips. 3 sets of 12 for each, and you should be using a weight heavy enough so you can't finish your last set! It you domt have weights, use #waterbottles

Then I did some #abs. Same idea, 3 sets of 12. #reverse crunches, #bycicles, and #russiantwists.
