Delicious, super healthy overnight cashew oats: 1/3 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp ground flax, 2/3 cup cashew milk (or whatever milk you prefer), splash of vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1/2 mashed banana and a heaping spoonful of almond butter.
