It doesn't matter if you exercise daily either, once you sit on that couch and Netflix for hours at a time thinking its recovery, it's actually lethal for your health. It doesn't help in today's society having a desk job and eating like crap. So as much as possible, stand and stretch, do some push ups, take a quick walk around your block, take breaks at work to get a drink of water, fight against the odds because the human body wasn't meant to be sedentary.
