smileykels Today's #nofear workout was killer!! It's amazing what you can achieve in an hour or less!! I increased the time for #hiitmax Day 67 to 50/10 and HIIT that 1x. Decided to add on some more leg work for utter #legdeath ! I wanted to sneak into the sauna but was short on time and hungry so it's food for the win! mistiesapphire Took a full week off from#workingout while I got my head straight. Back kicking ass in the gym today. #spin class (haven't done in over a year) and worked out a bit with a #bodyrocktv vid, although I couldn't do all the moves ... skipping kills my knees. Changing things up at the gym...no more boring 1.5 to 2 hour weight machines routine. My body was in a rut. Brain needed a JumpStart too. Wish I had personal trainer funds. 23h
  •   myphotos73 I know what you mean. Ive been needing to make a change in my life and started fitness recently. Down 10 lbs so far and have. Few to go but still watching my food intake and I want to be a lot more fit. Tired of being a couch potato :/ 179 isn't bad for 6'2" but I know my body and I'm not happy with the sitting on the couch working on photos all night You can do this without a personal trainer!! Kick some butt!! 23h
  •   mistiesapphire @myphotos73 - Thanks for the encouragement. And your height and weight don't sound bad at all, but it's always good to choose being active vs the couch, but editing in your line of work is pretty essential. . I encourage your fitness goal as well. 21h
