327_giselle Yesterday didn't feel like posting, yet I tried my best eating & having a good time since where I'm from (Mexico) these are important dates where pretty much everybody celebrates & well... I'm not quite the type of person who does that Today is my Mom's birthday & it hasn't been a crazy day, instead just a relaxing do-nothing-today day . Anyway, I'm studying & really just have time to workout, try my best to eat good & keep studying 😛 Well, guess gotta go to keep it up, have an awesome night 2h

smileykels Still alive but I'm barely breathing! #hiitmax Day 2 twice with dumbbell burpees for cardio, then #hiitmax Day 1 once with skipping. Lisa I'm totally amazed by how fast you can go even with the vest on! #hiithero So a confession of mine is that I have always done the realtime exercises at the same time as you. Originally I started this way so I wouldn't get confused or miss something but as time has gone on I feel like it pushes me harder! Today I felt slow but tried my best to keep pace!   •   lisbeth_kragh First time I did 30day in a row. Back in oktober I guess. Ever since then I mix it up. With others from Lisa or benderfitness. Or els I get bored and demotivated. I think this hiitmax is good. I will properly do day3 and day2 tomorrow. I am pretty burned and sore these days so it suits me well with like 30 minutes total. Yes it's a little bit more intense this time, but it's okay. Not as hard as the 30day @gordeevanatalie u think about it 19h

carlynherroz My personal trainer is unbelievable!! She's a beast! My workout today was week one (days1-5) of the new challenge. So challenging mentally and physically but I pushed through and finished it! I say it over and over, but your body can do what your mind tells it to. And yes, the vest stayed on throughout til the very last beep!! I am so happy @bodyrocktv_lisamarie is back! If you've never worked out with her, you have got to give it a try! She is such a motivator and pushes you to your limit. These workouts can be done at home with or without equipment. Just use what you have. I've never been more excited and happy to train with anyone! And guess what? These workouts are FREE! That's right, I said, free! No excuses! smileykels Push it! Push it real good! I think this is the first Monday I've been excited for ;) the launching of #hiitmax !! I went to the gym because I don't have my vest yet and brought my sandbag and really pushed the weights. I did 2x Day 1 with high knees with 25lb plate and bench taps with no added weight for cardio throughout! The only time I dropped weight was round 2 of lunge & press. It was awesome! My burnout was the following 3x with 25lbs dumbbell for weight :
10 Single arm shoulder press (R)
10 Single arm shoulder press (L)
10 Push Ups
10 Bicep Curls

amylucimar My weight vest hack!!!! Six pound dumbbell wrapped in a t shirt and those super soft socks they have everywhere. I tried it on in the store and jumped around. Yeah i got looks and stopped carts but i don't care. It was fine but the padding is just for extra comfort. You CAN be comfy while #bodyrocking.
