==> completed every round in 33" and finished last round in 29'31.

5min later I decided to join the 17u class-WOD

PartnerWOD:
- AMRAP 6'
Benchpress bodyweight 185lb
==> 1min rest
- AMRAP 6'
Burpees
==> 1min rest
- AMRAP 6'
Farmerwalk 2 KB 53lb, each 10m=1rep
==> 1min rest
- AMRAP 6'
Empty the tank with partner- WBS 20lb ==> 438reps. After 'Chelsea' I almost throw up during the burpees!

1 round of "Cindy" = 5 pull ups + 10 Push up + 15 Squats

Tog det väldigt lugnt och körde singlar hela vägen på rycken. Blev flåsigt nog ändå! 😛
