gi_fitness_ Went out last night!!! No excuses got up and had a good Leg Workout!! It was hard but I did my #500calories finished with HIIT jump squats * lateral lunges * sumo squats Gave upper body rest from burpees and push ups! Goal today one gallon of water!!!! 2d

gi_fitness_ Had the best #workout over 200 Burpees (variation) jumping lunges and weighted step ups was my cardio In between working chest, back and biceps.... 67 mins and 500 calories! Doesn't happen very often as I have a pretty good ️ I have to go #beastboss double time for heart rate ️ caught my hubby checking out GAINS 3d

gi_fitness_ It was #chestday for this GI 😎 kept it light weight as my shoulder hurts.... I went to to do push ups too fast.... Oh well, I'll be ok. I finished on #stairmaster my daughter @clarissa08 is a #beast on stairmaster. She gives me a hard time about not doing my cardio sessions 😀this one was for you @clarissa08 I was drenched in awesome sweat!!! 🏼 4d

gi_fitness_ It was a busy morning and not enough I wasn't going to #workout ! Somehow I got some energy and killed 60 minutes of all leg exercises no cardio! I was drenched!!! Love these workouts.... Got a good pump! 5d
