gi_fitness_ It was bootay day ... Squats worked it up to 185# 2 sets of 5
Single leg squats, single leg dead lifts w DB.
A few sumo squats and I was beat. I was drenched in sweat. All weights 60 mins of intense strength training. #quads were Pumped no more chicken legs.... Loving my carbs this man walked up and said if you had a partner to workout with, you could lift heavier and more reps!!!! I need you @footballmom_02

gi_fitness_ It was one of those days I was TIRED but I pulled it together and went #beastboss on my #legworkout I even had a PR 180# 5 reps kept it low low low then Leg Press leg ext and leg curls. Finished with deadlifts I was done after that ...... Hope y'all had a great day with Beastboss workouts!!! 6d

gi_fitness_ Morning workout was #beast I love when I can wake up and kick my butt! 60 minutes of HIIT my goal was to burn 500 calories! Hotel gym was tiny but didn't stop me. I set goals and demolish them. ️ love our #lifestyle we both get up and go #beastboss #fitcouple 1w
