mybodymymachine My new workout shoes. Let me explain. I've had a very painful right KNEE for the last 8-9 months. I saw a physio, an osteopath, did an MRI, etc. Nothing to explain the pain I feel 24/7. Until last week, when, being sick of the pain and having the time to take care of myself, I saw the osteopath again. Turns out, my foot is "lazy". ie it doesnt do the supporting and stabilizing it should do. My knee does that instead. So my knee hurts because of my foot. I have been told to workout barefoot and work on my posture and the way i stand, + stretch my foot and the sole of my feet often. I have already noticed minor improvements (no pain in the morning), and will be paying extra attention to the changes for the next month.
So thats why I have Vibrams. Not for running. Just to learn to use my feet properly again.

PS : they are so comfy, like slippers !
