bpo316 One year ago today I was told about this #bamfitapril challenge by @sylfabulous was hesitant but did it anyways... When this challenge started was at 131#s lost in this past year dropped another 60#'s total 191#s don't do much curls for girls but been toning I think I'm close enough to my goal that I can start packing some muscle on! bpo316 Day-31 show me the muscle!! Didn't take any new muscle pics to tired today!! I really kicked my own ass!! But these are from this month! And the scale and barbell are from today! Would have like to go deeper with the 235# but I got it of the bar in assisted, brought I down and back up 3 times before I asked for a little help from my homie Phil!! Would of like to do just one deep good one but I'll take it! For the month down 14#'s and I expect to be at around 270-269!?! So nice surprise!! No have to go into #evilgenius mode or June! Start of end of march I was stuck around 294 for months!! #bamfitapril jump started me! #thefitclub & #mayfitchallenge hve kept I going!! Let's see why June has in store for US!?! Cause you know I ain't going now where without y'all!!! #noexcuses !! 4y

bpo316 Day-12 treat your self! Well cookies and cerveza are my favorites!!! But accomplishing another goal on my May list is priceless!! Want to drop a pant size & I messed around and dropped two!! Went from a 46 on start of April to a 42 as of today!! So I guess I am gonna lay off the cookies and cerveza for this day!!gonna buy the dickies & treat myself that way!!#thefitclub #mayfitchallenge 4y

  •   bpo316 @_extraordinaryy this past week was nuts cause I went twice a day cause I was trying to hit 270 by Friday... But normally I go 5 days a week... In the morning before work and I hit wgts ten cardio and I pick a muscle group each day. Some weeks I double up muscle groups like back and bicep or chest and tricep , and or shoulders and leg... Then weekends I try and stay busy if I can't make it to gym for cardio... Some days I just go for walk or bike ride... 4y

Anyways, some of my followers have been asking for juicing recipes so here are some of my many favourites! my all time fave Juicing recipe is: 1 sour green apple, 2 oranges, 2 slices of pineapple, handful or grapes. Handful of strawberries, a lime an lemon and add coconut water to the finished product.. Amazing, refreshing, tropical goodness 4y

ukrainianlily Gotta earn a breakfast of champions! To eat any foods like bread/waffles/pancakes/etc I always try to earn my carbs by doing a crazy workout before. That way my body is at a high fat burning mode still. So body wont store the heavy foods as fat while I consume carbs. I made my pancakes from scratch(everything I make is from scratch because then I can control sugar/salt content) using whole wheat flour, egg whites, milk, olive oil, cinnamon for flavor, and no sugar. I topped with no syrups, instead I made a fresh fruit medley. Mmmm! 4y
