xanderskitchen Pagi2 mikir mau bikin apa ya 😐 pengen yg cepet tanpa perlu keluarin oven dan mixer gede pilihan jatuh ke bolu kukus gula merah. Kebetulan emang blm pernah bikin. Sy lihat resepnya mba @hanhanny tq mba 😙 maaf kan resepnya tak utak atik sendiri menyesuaikan bahan2 dirumah ...sy tambahin sagu dikit spy kenyal tp ternyata ga ngefek krn sagu nya terlalu dikit, daun pandan jg sisaan korek2 kulkas nemu brp lembar ud kering kerontang, mau pake santan biar gurih, santan nya ga ada dan lebih parah lagi ternyata gula merah nya ngga ada mosok bolu kukus gula merah ga pake gula merah ga kehabisan akal donk langsung bikin caramel....walaah malah warna coklatnya cakeep bgt sy sukaaak no edit ini pemirsah hasilnya mekrok mekarnya kebangetan sampe potel2 di dlm kukusan. Jd nya 8 cup sy pake cetakan besar kecil sih...buat teman2 yg mau coba ini resep hasil utak atik sy tadi kalo resep aslinya liat di mba @hanhanny aja yaa

BOLU KUKUS GULA MERAH
Bahan :
200 gr terigu ( sy pakai kunci )
50 gr sagu
1/2 sdt baking powder
Sejumput garam
1/2 sdt vanilli bubuk
300 ml caramel ( 250 gr gula pasir + air 200 ml )
2 btr kuning telur
50 gr gula pasir
100 ml minyak ( sy pakai canola oil )
Daun pandan secukupnya

Cara buat :
1. Buat caramel. Setelah jd larutan caramel tambahkan daun pandan, garam dan vanilli. Masak. Saring. Ukur hingga total 300 ml jika kurang dr 300 ml tambahkan air
2. Kocok dg mixer kecepatan tinggi kuning telur, gula pasir dan baking powder sampai pucat mengembang
3. Masukkan larutan caramel dan terigu secara bergantian gunakan mixer kecepatan rendah
4. Tambahkan minyak, aduk balik sampai rata dg spatula
5. Tuang adonan bolkus ke cetakan yg sudah dialasi kertas
6. Masukkan bolkus ke kukusan yg sudah bener2 panas dan beruap banyak
7. Jangan buka2 tutup kukusan. Kukus kira2 15 mnt sampai matang
