I have seen so many incorrect push ups in my career that I think if I had a penny per incorrect repetition I would be a millionaire. Its tough to fit everything I've seen into 15 seconds so I have put 2 types of wrong push ups with the correct form in this video. If your body is even at the top and bottom of a push up you are probably doing it right. If your body is not even, you are probably doing the push up wrong.
