lisslings After a five week hiatus I'm back on lite n easy today
Breakfast: meusli and one piece of multigrain toast with honey
Lunch: salad with egg, potato and bacon
Dinner: shepherds pie (looks horrible but it was really nice)
Also had mandarin, yoghurt and 12wbt banana bread as snacks (no pic)
