Training 'Hot' Tip this winter. 1. Training in a hoodie/jumper/sweats not only stops you spending copious amounts of time staring and flexing in the mirror 2. But, also keeps your muscles/joints etc warmer for longer to avoid cool down and therefore potential injury. Especially if your gym has an air con setting of 'Beyond the Wall' or your one of those people who like to chat and waste f**kin time... 1. Seated Smith Mil Press
