  •   foxyfit_tsfl Yes. I just noticed that you workout before Cross Training, do class & then do some cardio after class. I was worried about you girl. Make sure your body is good & fueled up for your Mon., Wed., & Fri. workouts & a post-workout shake, snack or meal. Your sleep is good. 7 hrs. minimum is the 'golden rule'. This is something I have to work on too. Just let me know when you have 30 mins. to spare & we'll meet up. See you soon! @mlerae47 2d

  •   mikeyjoefit @mlerae47 Coffee can be very beneficial. It is great to use preworkout. It will warm you up, improve your mood and reduce fatigue. I would try and limit your intake of caffeine to 300mg/day. Depending on the coffee, it comes out to around 2-3 12oz cups. We all have rough days. Hang in there! You are definitely moving in the right direction. 2d
  •   mlerae47 @foxyfit_tsfl I didn't see you're reply until now. Thank you! Yeah, I push hard, but I keep myself fed, and take it easy when I feel I need it. I do aim for 7-8 hrs of sleep, but hit more around 7. And thanks for that @mikeyjoefit ! I keep to about 2 cups or regular a day, and one decaf haha. (being a barista I try not to over do it) thank you two so much, and I can't wait to meet with you Renee to see what this diet is all about. :) 2d
