ace_edwards99 Woo, haircut. Urgh, had to miss today's and yesterday's swimming because I messed-up my toe. So, I was walking to the changing rooms after practice, and when I was walking past the showers, I slipped and properly did the splits. I ended up cutting open a huge segment of my toe and managed to get a hair stuck in it.. Eww. Still, at least I can have a good workout tonight. mebfit94 Rise and grind fit fam Today is a new day, time to break records, work your ass off, and become even more awesome from when you woke up! Better believe I'm doing that every day Seems like I'm cruising along with my deadlifts because I set another record for myself! First lift is 140 second is 150!!! Those are new personal records for me! You can see my bad wrist give out on me in the second lift and I almost dropped the bar but I played if off well with that little leg catch thing haha With that said I want to ask anyone using some kind of wrist support or bar grip how you like them?? I've been looking into a lot of products but I have no idea what to pick.   •   livfit_livhappy I just bought Versa Gripps and I like them. Help a lot with my grip for pull ups, dead lifts, and any pulling exercises. If you are serious about lifting, I would suggest investing in a pair @mebfit94 1w
