gwynethmademedoit Just made a second batch of these Chocolate Zucchini Muffins for a quick and easy breakfast as we rush out of the house each morning. 1.5 cups whole wheat flour, sprouted if you can find it. 1/3 cup raw cacao. 1/2 cup sweetener like sucanat or coconut sugar. 1.5 tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. To replace the oil and make these moist, use 1 mashed ripe banana and 1/2 cup applesauce. 1/4 cup @almondbreezeus unsweetened milk, 1 tsp vanilla, and of course we can't forget 1 cup shredded zucchini. Make these as you would any baked item, by first combining the dry ingredients in one bowl, then in a second bowl mash up banana with applesauce, then add in almond milk, vanilla and zucchini. Fold in wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix till combine. Place in oiled or paper lined muffin tins and fill half way. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, sticking a toothpick in to check when baked through. At the last minute before baking I added in dark chocolate chips, but feel free to add some into the batter first to make them more dessert like. Makes 1 dozen.   •   miasfitnessjourney @podnutrition I'm definitely interested in them. I tend to choose stuff off the Maxinutrition site which is suited to my goal (which is weight loss/management and lean definition) The stats of the drinks seem like they'd still be fine as they are low in cals, not bad for fat and 30g of protein to help with muscle growth/repair.. Just sceptical as I didn't choose these.. they were sent to me for free. I could trial a few and see what happens I guess? Strength and power is always good aye 6h
