Flat Barbell Bench Press
4 sets x 12,10,8,6 reps

Superset:
Decline Dumbell Press
4 sets x 10 reps

Dips
4 sets x Failure

Superset:
Incline Dumbell Press
4 sets x 10 reps
(and)
Tricep Rope Pulldowns
4 sets x 8-10 reps

Superset:
Cable Flys
4 sets x 10 reps

Skull crushers
4 sets x 8-10 reps

strengthesthetics Damn, so I just realised that I have a 100 followers. Thank you to every single one of you this is just the begining. I'm here to help as many people as possible.
Now here's the deal. Summer is approaching, it's right behind the corner and if you guys want abs by the begining you probably won't be very successful. But if you're willing to wait a little bit and get your abs in the middle or by the end of the summer (though this depends very much on your bodyfat percentage, I'm jut giving tips) you should start doing hanging ab exercises. If you can't do straight legs do them bent over and just raise you knees. And a good tip to keep in mind when doing these is that you lift your hips (or but) up with every rep but with your back staying as straight as possible. And you should just progress by doing more and more reps and when you get to the point where that's easy you just start doing more advanced variations like completely straight legs etc.
So here's a short and simple ab routine you can do a few times a week:
Hanging leg/knee raise 4 sets 8-12 reps
Side plank 2 sets as much as possible
Plank 2 sets as much as possible
But remember main thing im getting your abs to show is bodyfat percentage,so If you need to lose fat make sure you're eating in a deficit.
