Time to bounce! Since we work really hard on our core and balance, now it is time to take it to another level! This exercise is so amazing to get your body ready to do Handstand Transitions. When you feel lighter and stronger about this exercise that means you are ready for transitions like a Handstand to Koundinyasana. And the good part is; tommorow's exercise will get you ready for Handstand to Koundinyasana as well! So start with Downward facing dog. Engage with your core, bend your knees slightly then jump while you are pulling yourself up with your ABS into the Handstand! tighten your hips, do not BEND YOUR ELBOWS and tuck your knees in. Hold the position for a breath. Then bend your elbows, MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR SHOULDERS, keep the engament with your CORE and slowly put yout feet down onto the ground for the Chaturanga. Exhale and move into the plank Pose. Inhale and exhale, downward facing dog Again. And repeat it for 6 times without break. 3 sets! Do child pose between sets for a min.

catcrumpler #Snowga take 2 for today en route to #Starbucks with homegirl. Far more successful than attempt 1, though negotiating my body with the 15* temperatures ended in a dramatic reduction of flexibility. Oh well. #Playgrounds are fun nonetheless. 1h
