hiphopinc @liamtricks Honestly, I'm getting tired of being a breaker and just wanna be a tricker. Many bboys don't like hearing that, but what they may not understand is that moves like Lkicks, masterswipes, 1990's, 2000's, Flares and Airflares are alo used in tricking, so I'll still share similarities. I don't like headspins, and I love flipping around outside and on concrete, so what's the point of me being a bboy? 9min

DAY 1: #SplitHandstandPose
(Hanuman Adho Mukha Vrksasana)

1) From Downward Facing Dog pose, walk your feet forwards until your shoulders align directly over your wrists. Firm your shoulder blades against the back by pulling them toward tailbone. Rotate your upper arms outward, to keep the shoulder blades broad, and hug your outer arms inward. Spread your palms and press the fingers firmly against the floor.

2) Extend one leg as high as possible. Keep pressing down through the hands and extending through the arms. On exhale, hop off the grounded foot and engage your deep abdominal muscles to help lifting hips over shoulders. Hop up and down like this several times, each time pushing off the floor a little higher.

3) Fundamental body alignment:
•Hands placed shoulder­width apart, fingers spread wide, arms straight, actively pressing away from the ground.
•Head tucked as if standing upright, or slightly tilted back for a gaze point on the ground.
•Ribs drawn in, active core (hollow).
•Hips in posterior tilt, tailbone tucked under.
•Legs straight in splits, toes pointed or flexed to continue the strong lines of the legs.

4) Work towards finding balance by shifting body weight towards the fingers or the heel of the hand. The top leg will reach overhead and the other leg reaches in the opposite direction. Stay energized through the entire body and trust the process. Dare to take a leap of faith and see what happens! Stay calm and breathe deeply.
