10-15 reverse crunches
10-15 spiderman pushups
15-20 mountain climbers

robherdpt Try these hanging leg raise variations to work lower abs and hip flexors hard!
Beginners: 3x10 knee tucks rest 60 secs per set.

Intermediate: 3x10 straight leg lifting parallel to the floor rest 60 secs per set.

Advanced: Dropset vertical straight leg x8
Parallel to floor x8
Knee tucks to failure 3 sets resting 60 secs between sets.

Breathe out hard at the top of the movement to work transverse abdominis!
