mikskreations I miss my morning workouts!!!! One evening workout this week threw my whole routine off. Sleep pattern is way off, already, & have been struggling (& failing, lol) to get up in the mornings at my normal gym time. I'm already seeing a difference---not in my body (well, there IS an extreme lack of energy from not being active), more so in my mind/focusing/day to day stuff. My morning workouts are my equivalent to a full cup of coffee----they allow me to slowly wake up, mentally sort out my day, and prepare myself for what needs to be done. It helps me activate my beast mode, lol.....In just 2 days, I feel like a zombie, lol..no sleep, no focus, no energy. I don't like it at all!....no excuses tomorrow. Giving myself one more day of nothing, then bouncing back tomorrow. missheather95xo A little slow today. But I pushed myself and these 2 miles are actually starting to get pretty easy. I took the same running route and my eyes are burning from sweat being in them.
