paleobunnies Tonight called for a nice, cozy, magic and healing W30 soup. The stars of this show were these fresh rosemary sprigs!
I sautéed onion, celery and carrots in the ghee I made yesterday. Then, I added parsnips, potato and Costco's compliant chicken broth. Lastly, I added turmeric, ginger, green cabbage, chicken and 2 full rosemary sprigs. I boiled the whole things until the chicken was fully cooked and the potato was fork tender. I took out the chicken, shredded it, and simmered 5 more minutes. It's great as is, but I added some nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes for an extra depth of flavor.

kahleemelissa Race Day :) One of the best things about fitness is being able to do something that you couldn't do two weeks ago.
Always love training hard and setting goals but I also love feeling good along the way. More like joyously working your ass off. With these happy chappys it's easy.

Honestly this is pretty awesome!!! I love eating like a king!

Ever since I started my #intermittentfasting diet I've been enjoying my meals a lot more now!

Factoring in my daily 90 to 120 minute workouts that burn roughly 900 calories alone. I have plenty of calories left over to lose weight, gain leans muscle, and over all, feel great about myself.

I wasn't certain about this phase...two weeks ago...but now I have more energy than ever before and I feel awake.

littlemashies Apple, Banana and Cinnamon Puree

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (200g), peeled and chopped
1 ripe apple (200g), peeled, cored and diced
1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
Step 1: Steam the diced apples in a stovetop steamer or a @beaba_usa Cook system for about 10 minutes or until soft.
Step 2: Add cinnamon to cooked apple and banana and mash with a fork or puree the fruits in a food processor for a smoother consistency.
