birdieanne17 Why is maple water all the rage?! Well! I got on to this when I started researching wholesome sports drinks. Coconut is very popular but maple water trumps even the might coconut! Maple water contains minerals to help us rehydrate and replenish our muscles as well as antioxidants, anti inflammatory agents, amino acids and phytonutrients all while having LESS sugar than coconut water. Amazing! Preliminary studies show that it can help the immune system, thyroid and muscles. It is also a prebiotic which feed our good gut bacteria. Win win!
