tbirdfitness What's better than legs day? A double up on legs workout! I originally planned on doing legs and back, and adding 100 pull-ups. But an evil voice said "you don't like the step up to reverse lunge, so do build legs." And that's what happened. I had to go lighter on the weights during the second workout, but right now I feel like a total bada$$. I may be crying tomorrow. 42min

samspencer021 Rockin' them old school Zubaz pants tonight at the gym😎 Hit a late night strength session. Since I took so long off of strength training then prepped it's taking me a minute to recover from competing (especially since when I try to bulk I'm generally taking in upwards of 800g of carbs daily and during prep I was so low) and get my strength back up and it's still not where it was at all. Previously weighing 145lb I was repping 315 for 4-5 reps, so it's definitely frustrating to see such a decrease. Slowly getting back to where I was (it's actually coming back fast, but it feels slow). This was 235lb on incline after doing a steady pyramid up to it.
Finished the workout with body weight sets to failure gettin' in around 20-30 reps and then a big drop set on flat bench starting at 225🏼

subjecttofire Shoulders tonight. Man, not sure why but didn't feel super strong today. I am stuck on a few moves, like I cannot get up past 20lbs on this one as hard as I try. I keep wanting to crack the 25's! I am still making small incremental moves but definitely shoulders is slower to move up weight for me. Two scoops of pre-workout next time ha ha!! 1h

team_overcome Got some cardio in. Feels good to still lift some weights but not near what I want to with the Beast. Slowly working my way back. The #21DayFix really works your whole body which I love. Can't wait to go #21DayFixExtreme next week. 2h
