•Option A:
-Warmup: 2 mile jog, stretch.
-Cal Development: Upper Body: 4x20 pushups, 4x15 diamond pushup, 3x10 dive bomber pushups. Abdominals: 2x50 sit-ups, 2x50 leg levers, 2x20 atomic sit-ups, 2x40 4 count flutter kicks, 2x40 crunches, 2x20 sitting flutter kicks, 2x20 sitting knee benders, 2x40 4-count scissors, 2x25 side crunches each side. Lower Body: 60x lunge, 50x squat jumps, 60x side lunges each leg, 30x 8-count body builder. Pullups: 1 round of max rep reg Pullups, 2x6 reg pullups, 2x6 wide grip pullups, 2x6 chin-ups, 2x6 close grip, 3x15 dips.
-Cardio: 4 mile jog or 1 mile swim. •Option B:
-Warmup: 2 mile jog or 1000m swim.
-Work Capacity: Complete the following with little to no rest:

-Work Capacity: "Karen" For time:
150x Wall-ball w/20lbs.
*Kicker: anytime you drop the ball on the floor, do 5x Burpee penalty.
-Endurance: *your choice: LSD jog, swim, hike, bike ride, or row machine.
Minimum: 30 min, Maximum: 1 hour.
-Durability: Stretch & do mobility drills.
