margelizabeth Such a lovely weekend! Here's a little "catch up" post to get back on track. Celebrated my lovely friend @terylanne's birthday at @hyattlostpines and we had the most amazing pool weather on Saturday!!!!
I made a low carb, sugar free, gluten free Strawberry Lemonade birthday cake from @fooddreamer that turned out surprisingly well, as well as some semi low carb No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars which were insanely tasty (and would have been legit low carb had I used almond butter instead like the recipe called for)! Top left pic is breakfast and proof that I made mostly decent choices. Whenever I deviate from "the plan" I just think about what the same day would have looked like "pre-plan" and I feel a little better. All about the #littlevictories. AND we even got a fireworks show yesterday evening!

Now time to get back on track. Pretending there's no Sunday stress or anxiety over here and hopefully this week will go smoothly!

Cibuli nakrajejte najemno a celer s tempehem na kosticky, rozpalte trochu oleje na panvicce, cibulku nechte zesklovatet, pridejte speticku soli, po chvilce celer a restujte dozlatova. Staci obcas promichat, ale trva to cca 20 minut. Tesne pred koncem pridejte tempeh a jeste chvilku restujte. Zakapnete sojovou tamari omackou a muzete podavat. pelavidasaudavel Amanhã estou de volta, já fiz todas as gordices possíveis q queria, e to doida pra voltar. Minha alimentação agora vai ser assim: vou comer apenas quando estiver com fome, vou tentar comer mais gorduras boas, sem neurose, tentar fazer as escolhas mais saudáveis e não me concentrar 100% em dieta e corpo, pq isso acaba atrapalhando meus estudos e eu acabo tendo compulsão. Me alimentei assim durante 3 meses e me dei muito bem, tinha dia q eu fazia só duas refeições e era tudo ok, as compulsões eram raras e quando tinha, no outro dia eu ja tava firme e forte. Apesar de ter gastado muito com nutri, não consegui me adaptar com a dieta nesses dois meses, isso tava me frustrando e me deixando pior, e no momento não tem como eu fazer outra consulta, então, vou me alimentando de forma saudável pq é isso q me deixa bem, me deixa leve, mesmo q eu não esteja no corpo q quero, quando me alimento bem, isso me dá um estímulo muito grande, fico motivada e com a auto estima melhor. Estou em processo de trabalhar minha mente para ficar de bem com a comida e não submissa à ela e me aceitar, q é uma coisa q ainda não consegui até hj, aceitar meu corpo. Além disso, controlar minhas emoções, a ansiedade, as cobranças e preocupações tomam conta e é por isso q acabo tendo muitas compulsões.
