En la licuadora mezclé:
3 huevos • 
6 cdas de #SyrupSugarFree • 
1 cda de #Chía • 
Un toque de Vainilla • 
1/2cdita de polvo para hornear • 
1/4tz avena en hojuelas • 
1 cda de harina de trigo integral • 
2 cdas de #NutellaLimpia (receta en mi Blog) • 
3 cdas cacao en polvo Sin Azúcar • 
Gotas de Chocolate Sin Azúcar


Coloqué la mezcla en los moldes de silicón y los llevé al #microondas por 4 minutos y Listo!! Super fácil y rápido.. •

Estos #Muffins Doble #Chocolate son #Light (calorías reducidas). Los puedes comer en la merienda de la mañana o incluso después de entrenar que es cuando tu cuerpo necesita carbohidratos (y proteínas) para iniciar la recuperación.


Puedes conseguir el Syrup #SugarFree, #Chía y las Gotas de #ChocolateSinAzucar con mis amigos de:
@lightysinazucar o puedes sustituir la Chía por linaza molida y el sirop sin azúcar por miel (tendría un poco mas de calorías pero sigue siendo sano y rico)
