But maybe we can also think that avocados aid in regulating and stabilising blood sugar levels . Provides Oleic acid, which can improve cardiovascular health and has 35% more potassium than bananas. We all know that they're good for you right? But what is good for you? Maybe the fact that greens have high levels of calcium, lower cholesterol or that the vitamins and minerals in greens help prevent colon cancer . But one of my favourite little facts is that the vitamin B vitamins found in greens help convert the carbs in food to glucose so the body can use it as fuel ! #wholenutrition
