rocksolidgirl Although I'm not working today I have a ton of stuff to do so Kettkebell workout in the kitchen it is!
We don't always have time to go to the gym or go to a class but we DO all have time for a 15 minute workout at home/office ect. You don't need a kettle bell, there are tonnes of bodyweight excersises that will kick your ass! get it done! You will feel a whole lot better about the day to come

I have had such a busy couple of weeks that I felt exhausted this morning when I woke up I just wanted to turn over and go back to sleep but I knew I had a ton of stuff to do today and that I had to feet it done It may feel hard just now but if you want to reap the rewards then you just need to suck it up. Early birds are less likely to blow off a workout Night owls find it more difficult to schedule time for fitness and stick to it, according to a new study presented at SLEEP 2014. The study also linked waking up late to being more sedentary.
Early rises are happier and more positive than people who wake up late, reports a 2012 study from the journal Emotion. Morning people also reported feeling healthier, possibly because their daily routines were more in sync with the 9-5 system society is structured around. They're more proactivePeople who rise and shine tend to agree more with statements that indicate action and confidence, and they eat healthier. Late sleepers consumed 248 more calories a day, twice as much fast foodand half as many fruits and veggies as those who went to bed and rose early, according to a 2011 Northwestern University study. The night owls also had a higher average BMI.

There are several different versions as well. rsfittraining 1) hang cleans for upper body explosiveness, 2)Squats- deep squats (below parallel) is the way to go. I've never done them any differently and was able to build a large amount of mass and strength in my quads. Partial squats only activate the quads (front of the thigh) which may cause strength imbalances because they do not activate the crucial hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors fully. These muscle groups are responsible for increases in speed, 3) pullups- you can't expect young athletes or adults to begin doing pullups when they have never strengthened their back muscles. Additionally, it only shatters their confidence so that is why I start them with band assistance. As they become stronger I remove the band on the first set until they are doing sets without it, (this builds confidence and strengthens the mind).
