Many ask, how do I get all managed {work, meal prep, workouts and my cardio seasons}? #Regularity is very important! Plan your workouts and meal preps firmly in your week. Then there will be less chance of failure. Treat your workouts (and meal preps) as an important schedule, that you can't move. Remember we all have the same 7 days per week, so we can make time for what we want. So what was your excuse? #happyweekend

Who wants to be part of my experiment? (insert not so evil but very inviting laugh ;) If you are ready to make a health change, but maybe aren't quite ready to change everything all at once... The Great Shakeology Experiment might be PRECISELY what you're looking for! Who remembers the process? Why let the kids have all the FUN?
OBJECTIVE:
See what happens when you do everything you normally do, EXCEPT swap one meal a day for Shakeology.

PROCEDURE:
1) 6 Days. 6 Flavors (see picture in the comments below)
2) Drink 1 Shake per day in place of one meal.
3) Do everything else that you typically do. *If you normally workout, do that. If you don't, then don't.
4) Report in each day
5) Share your results, findings

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:
This experiment is intended for anyone who really needs to make a health change but isn't sure where to start and doesn't want to spend a lot of money just to try something out. Or anyone who knows about the superfood/protein/probiotic shake, Shakeology but is unsure of what flavors they'd like or if it really is as fantastic as it's cracked up to be.

WARNING: This experiment MAY cause you to experience fat loss, increased sense of well-being, better digestion, and increased energy.
