road2healthylife Monday morning run I've been working so much, and way too much junk food because I keep forgetting to plan my meals. I have the day of today which means grocery store and preparing meals, just because I worked long hours doesn't mean my health has to suffer. A 5 mile run definitely got me in the right mindset, and felt like all the toxins left my body my face is bright red, im a sweaty mess and people were looking at me but I don't care I prefer to look like a mess for an hour of my day and feel great the other 23. Yoga later and than kayla itsines workout ! Happy Monday and Labor Day! 2min
