venisonfordinner I call this less of a recipe and more of an assembly. This is our friends standard dip they bring to potlucks. They're two bachelors who live together and one of them picks it up on the way to the grocery store. They brought it to our house the other day but didn't end up making it and instead left the ingredients for us :)
1 can refried beans (preferably black beans)
1 jar salsa
1-2 avocados
1 lime
Dump out salsa and beans. Halve+crosswise slice Avos into small pieces into bowl. Juice lime into there. Stir until well combined. Serve with corn tortilla chips! #quepasa @quepasafoods #avocado #salsa #refriedbeans

everydaykitchen Quick and easy chicken pot pie casserole
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2.5 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 large can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1.5 cup bisquick
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray baking pan and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix frozen vegetables, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup and water. (I added in a little extra seasoning here like garlic powder and cracked pepper) pour into baking pan. In another mixing bowl mix bisquick, eggs and milk. Pour bisquick mix over casserole and smooth out. Cook for 30 mins or until top is golden brown.
Serves 4-6

Today I made this little piece of heaven to start the week in a good mood, my apple cinnamon cake♡
Check out the simple recipe below:

Mix 2 eggs with 3/4 cup of brown sugar, then add 100g of melted butter, 1 1/2 cup of whole rye flour, 4 tbsp of skimmed milk and 1tsp of baking soda. Just finish mixing cinnamon and pieces of apple as your taste, I used half of an apple and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon in this one, then put in a pre heated oven at 180°C for 40min.
Personally I like to add rolled oat and chia on top before I bake it :) Hope you like it!

marissabeaumontfitness Sometimes you just want dessert, but the froyo place is too far away . Instead, I whipped up this healthy treat that took about 30 minutes total. So. Good. Fix approved and fiancé approved..the most important stamp of all! So here's how ya do it:
Mix a scoop (or packet) of chocolate/vegan chocolate Shakeology with enough water to make it slightly thinner than a pudding consistency.
Put about a teaspoon in the bottom of a lined/unlined (watch out for paper..it sticks) muffin tin. Mix up some natural PB and put a half tsp on the chocolate. Put another 1/2 to a full tsp (preference thing) on top..so it's 3 layers total. Freeze for about a half hour. Yum!
I've seen some recipes where coconut oil is used instead of water, but I haven't personally tried that yet! Healthy treats that feel like cheats are my favorite!

Just peel 12 boiled eggs and cut in half. Remove the yolks and mix in a bowl with 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, a few dashes of Marie Sharp’s habanero hot sauce, and 2 tablespoons minced green onion. vibrant_two I still can't make my husband understand the benefits of eating clean but I can see he is on his way :)
Today's dinner was a blast, he did a deep fried (I know, I know :/)Tilapia fish seasoned with basil, garlic, black pepper, salt and lime, which was a-m-a-z-i-n-g, and I did a mediterranean salad using lettuce, mint, cherry tomatoes, regular tomato, black olives, oregano, salt & pepper, lime and good quality olive oil. I just love all this flavor.

There is no rules for that but I do like playing with colours and textures and the final result is delicious! I made this one with vanilla shake powder, unsweetened almond milk plus dried fruit, kiwi fruit, some almond flakes, coconut and milled linseed (with goji berries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds).
