Ingredients needed:
1/2 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

Homemade Almond and Flaxseed Granola

INGREDIENTS

Dry:

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raw buckwheat groats
1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
2 tbsp flax seed ground
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Wet:

2 tbsp raw almond butter
2-3 tbsp agave syrup (sub maple syrup or honey if you prefer, and use more or less depending on how sweet you like your granola)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl. Heat wet ingredients in a small sauce pan until boiling and immediately pour over dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon until dry mixture is completely coated. Pour mixture onto parchment paper and bake for 22 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool for another 15 minutes. Break up granola and keep stored in a glass jar. This makes just a little over three cups. Eat with milk, sprinkled over oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, or just straight out of the jar with a spoon!

healthylivingpilates Omg guys. Best. Dessert. Ever!!! Made up this Peanut Butter Cookie on the spot and it is phenomenal: cakey but solid enough to be a cookie! Mix 1Tbsp coconut flour, 1Tbsp peanut butter, 1 egg white, 1 Tbsp almond milk and a large pinch of baking powder together until it combines and thickens. Add agave to taste and spread into a plate in a cookie shape. Top with choc chips. On a normal wkly schedule I like to follow the 80/20 rule. 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic foods. Most plant base foods are alkaline foods.
Therefore, my diet is mostly plant based but I do eat meat occasionally (aside from Mondays OF COURSE;) I like to know WHERE MY MEAT comes FROM and HOW it's produce. However I'm not as picky during the holidays . Therefore I consider myself a #flexitarian.
