sandrak123 Yesterday went from full body day to just cardio because I felt too weak to lift. You know why I felt too weak? Because I didn't eat enough! FOOD IS FUEL. Your body was not designed to run on minimal calories. It was designed to use all the good you put into your system to get stronger, give you more energy, and make all of your organs happy. Sure a lot has to do with what you put into your body, but DO NOT DEPRIVE yourself.i haven't felt great the last few days but I feel great today and am making sure I am eating to fuel my workout for later. Just had a kale chicken ceasar salad and a cookie, and will have one more small meal before I KILL it at legday. If you think your taking the fast route by not eating enough, your doing it completely wrong and need to reevaluate anyway... #stayhungry !!!! 3min
