lisajlondon20 Today while running on the treadmill my pants kept slipping down. That's definitely a great non-scale victory, but I'm not trying to give everybody a show.
So I HAD to put on my wrap to keep my pants up.

lizbeth_bbg You can bet your sweet cheeks I've got a transformation Tuesday today The picture from November 2014 is my "before" picture- college eating, lack of food, and stress ruined the great body I had from swimming and I was ready to change!
April 2014 picture was after 7 weeks of BBG 1.0, starting BBG 1.0 over and doing it fully, AND then doing it over again! So 31 weeks of BBG!
June 2014 is now after all that plus almost 8 weeks of BBG 2.0! I'm so happy with how far I have come- and I'm not done 🏼🏼
