laurenlawlor I have breakfast before the gym everyday no matter how early I get up ...your body can't run efficiently without proper fuel so if you want a good workout make sure to eat a good pre workout meal or snack. eatlearnlovelaughlift Good evening beautiful people! Today I had a three hour gap between lectures, and decided to forgo the stodgy eating hall food for some home-made #paleo goodness! I strolled home absolutely ravenous, with a million recipes ideas in my head and when I finally got through the door, I whipped this up in no time! It's garlic and herb sweetpotatoe hash, a garden salad and chilli and garlic prawns cooked with a tin of cherry tomatoes and lots of yummy spices! It was positively delectable! Now off for a quick leg session in the gym... Wish me luck! Have a lovely evening everyone xxx 10h
