Plain Greek yogurt, sugar free instant pudding & powdered peanut butter. (You can use regular peanut butter too but the macros will be slightly higher.)
Stevia is optional.
This is normally the base of all my #proyo bowls.
I used butterscotch pudding here and chocolate PB2 - perfect combo 🏼 Freeze for a little and you're good to go. Top with whatever you want.

  •   heyy.ashleey I am just starting my lifting plan @buffbunnie ! I just got a trainer this past week because I'm not happy with what I am able to do on my own. But as of now I begin with a 10-15 min. Warm up (depending on if I'm lifting or not that day) on either the ARC trainer or treadmill (I'm a runner) ...and then if I am doing core work, I focus more on cardio with circuit training (he wants me to focus on my arms and back muscles mostly) .... If I am purely lifting, which I honestly haven't gotten to do much of yet, I am on weight machines other than for free squat. I like to do 3 reps. on each arm/back machine of increased weights each time of 10 lbs. My legs are very strong, so I can handle more weight on them. My arms need work like I said so I tend to do more sets of them on weight machines until I can get more stability for free weights. 2h

bbcoach_nicole Peanut butter yogurt dipped grapes! So yummy.. you've got to try em!
grapes (approx. 60)
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp PB2
1 tb honey (if desired)
Mix yogurt, PB2, and honey together in a small bowl. Throw in some grapes, make sure they are coated, and one by one drop them onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
