I am going to change ratio to 50-25-25 next week! I'm going to try P90x2 fat shredder plan. Just for 4-6 weeks then reintroduce to carbs. I know that would be best choice for me right now. -------------------------

nick_johnson425 Started my training season today with a 3 mile Fartlek run. 3 minute run, 2 minute run, and a 1 minute run with 2 minutes of jogging between each interval. The smaller the running period, the faster my pace. Did that two times through and felt strong! T- 22 weeks until race day. #SpartanUp #HYLETEnation 6h

nordmadr I did only get 4 hours sleep, and while I joke, it is important to always remember to rest when your body needs it. I'll rest Sunday; tonight I was crushing my X2 shoulders & arms workout.
Plenty of folks out there are more fit, and that is OK. We don't all have the same path or the same goal in mind. I'm working hard and seeing what I can do. Right now I'm seeing I can make that vein in my bicep bulge out; and that kind of rocks.

rippednrockin Quite a burn this evening with X2 Chest, Shoulders & Tris! Certainly wasn't always pretty, but that's part of the process. In my opinion P90X2 is the hardest program Beachody has, but that's part of why I love it so much. Always challenges you and makes you think about every move you're doing and engaging so many different muscles to be able to do even one rep! 7h

lifeonthefitside Thought it would be a good idea to go back to my first love today. I forgot what a kick a$$ workout Insanity is! I mean I knew it was no joke but knowing something and doing it are two different things.
