I was tagged by @the_garagegym to do this move. I completed 5 reps in 15 sec with wide grip. I ended finishing with 7 reps of 2 sets. I also found that the rep that required the chest to bar was difficult .

  •   densoman23 @andrew_thetransformer you should go in order. Ex: May 1 day 1 pull up (head to bar, chin over bar, chest to bar), and so on. I think the hosts and sponsors do this to promote calisthenic and market their brand . I like it because a lot of moves are difficult and gets me out of my comfort zone 48min
  •   andrew_thetransformer Ahh I see, yeh the Korean Dips are tough man, i tried many times but keep dropping to the floor as i come off the bar 45min

olafbso Today was another good day!
#p90x2 X2 Total Body and Ab Ripper X done.
Succeeded in almost everything.
The best ones where again the pull ups and the push ups.
For instance the push up - side arm balance!
I think @tonyshorton made a super programme with X2.
Love it.
The Ab Ripper however.
O.M.G.!
After heavy core/weight/balance exercise it is punishing!

jinny78 I can't believe I just did this!!!! I was scared letting go of 1 ball to do the side arm balance, but @olafbso encouraged me to. I know there is room for improvement, but still proud though. Day 4 of P90X2 is in the books!

I had to try this move from @bodybynathan he posted a few days back. I managed only 25 sec static pull-up and bicycle core work. Hence, I scored a B grade . Thanks for the move @bodybynathan .
